Each unique in their own right, Blanxart remains true to the traditional chocolate methods, creating hand-made artisan chocolates since 1954. Their long established and pure approach is elaborated in all their products ranging from the authentic cooking chocolate to their organic chocolate bars.

With a very different approach, Oriol Balaguer takes chocolate to a level of art, sophisticated craft and technical expertise. The former El Bulli pastry chef regards chocolate as ‘the product with the most personality in the patisserie realm’. Since 1954, Blanxart has been dedicated to the manufacturing of high quality, hand-made artisan chocolates.
